1) Definitions
a) "we" or "us" means the service provider on the order form.
b) "you" or "your" means the customer named on the order form.
c) "Services" means the basic service providing two-way communication via Sign-now.com product ("Videotalk") and other such service made available to you by us from time to time.
d) "Term" means an initial minimum period as shown on the front of this Agreement starting on the date of connection of your Sign-now.com product. 
e) "excessive manner" is when you are continually using more than what we consider to be a fair share of the bandwidth and in effect, taking away accessible bandwidth from other customers. If you are having conversations through the system that last the majority of the day and are doing it daily, then this would be classed as excessive usage.


2) Charges
You will be billed after free minutes allocated to you have expired

3) Services
a) We aim to connect your Sign-now.com product to the services within 10 minutes of the signature of this Agreement. However, usually we will connect your sign- now product on signature of this agreement.
b) We aim to provide you with the services at all times but due to the nature of sign-now communications, It is impossible to provide an entirely fault free service as this is dependent on the quality of your ISP internet connections.
c) The service may be used by you to link into website resources and/or networks worldwide. We accept no responsibility for the content, services or otherwise in respect of this and you agree to conform to the acceptable use policies of such website resources and/or networks worldwide.
d) You are fully responsible for keeping the username and password safe. You must not share them with anyone else or allow anyone else to use them.
e) We are not responsible for providing any video conferencing facilities (hardware, internet connections or any software based H.323 codec.)
f) We are not liable for providing any video support services to companies for site-related issues. 
g) If you are using Sign-now Videotalk for your own online interpreting services, you must contact us before starting your contract. We reserve the right to agree whether or not you can use our system for interpreting services.
h) We reserved the rights to charge you fees, transfers and amendments with different hosting and domain names.

4) Liability
a) We will not be liable for loss of profits or revenue, i.e. loss of use, lost business or missed opportunities, or for any loss or damage that is indirect and/or was not reasonably foreseeable at the time this Agreement was entered into. 


5) Suspension of the service
We can suspend the provision of the services without telling you:

  • If we believe Sign-now.com or the services are being used in an unauthorised way or for criminal activities.
  • If you breach the Agreement e.g. You fail to pay any charges when due
  • If we believe you are making video calls or sending data which is a nuisance,  abusive, a hoax, menacing, indecent or if you are making calls which are racist, obscene, defamatory, in breach of confidence or in breach of any intellectual property right (including copyright) or are otherwise objectionable or unlawful . We will also suspend the service if you allow others to do the above mentioned. This includes any abusive communications with the Sign-now.com team who deal with the enquiries concerning the services. If we are aware or have reason to believe that this Agreement has been entered into fraudulently or we are satisfied that there is fraudulent or improper use of the product.
  • If you notify us that someone has breached your services.
  • If for reasons out with our control and we cannot contact you.
  • If we believe Sign-now Videotalk is being used as a tool for online interpreting without the consent of Sign-now.com
  • If we believe you are taking advantage of our system and your usage is outwith our fair usage policy.(See clause 10)


8) Variation of Charges and Terms
a) We reserve the right to make changes to these terms, if appropriate, and to introduce new terms on occasion to meet with changes in the law. We will however notify you of any changes to these terms if they are introduced.
c) It is unlikely, but we may need to change your access to your sign-now.com product from time to time. We will let you know if this is the case.

9) End of Agreement
a) You may end this agreement immediately by writing to us if:

  • We do not do what we have to do under this agreement and do not put it right within 7 days of being asked in writing to do so.
  • All of our services are permanently no longer available to you.
  • There will be no refund should you decide to terminate the contract.
  • you write to us before the changes take effect


10) Fair Usage Policy
As the system is web-based, there are no limitations as to when the system can be accessed, however if we notice that you are accessing the system in an excessive manner (see definitions) we will contact you.
